2024 Registration Options

 $345
Gold Pass - Full Weekend
The Full Weekend Pass includes the full weekend of events, from Friday night through Sunday, including all available meals. Also includes the ability to attend the tour of the Strong National Museum of Play, the Puzzle Cutting workshops, table sales, and The Artifact Puzzles Contest.

Includes:
  • Friday spectator events, such as our opening reception, The Pagey Elliott Puzzle Exchange, and Puzzling into the night
  • Friday meal: Dinner buffet
  • Saturday events, such as all presentations, supplier sales, puzzle sales, watching the speed puzzle contest, and Puzzling into the night
  • Saturday meals: Lunch buffet, Banquet dinner
  • Sunday presentations


Add-ons:​
  • The Strong International Museum of Play, guided tours ($15 - 3 concurrent tours, 3:15-4:45 PM, max 45 total attendees, with free admission for the rest of the day)
  • Puzzle Cutting Workshops 
  • The Artifact Speed Puzzle Contest 
  • Table Sales ($20, a great place to sell new and old puzzles alike. Includes an 8x2' table, with white table cloth,  for your goods.)

Silver Pass - Full Saturday
The Saturday Pass starts at 8:30 AM and goes into the night. It includes the Lunch Buffet and the banquet dinner, as well as evening puzzling!

Bronze Pass - Half Saturday
The Half Saturday Pass is for those who can't make it for the entirety of Saturday. Come and enjoy a day spent with us from 8:30 to 5:30 PM, including the Lunch Buffet and Saturday's presentations.

Policies

COVID-19 Policies

As of 2024, The Puzzle Parley has *no specific policies* regarding Covid-19 and masks are optional. We respect all personal choices regarding the wearing of masks. 

Should conditions warrant other restrictions, we will notify attendees in a timely manner before the Parley begins. If you are not signed up for the Puzzle Parley Mailing List to receive updates, you can do so at the bottom of the Home page.


Payment Policies
​​​Refund Policy: For cancellations on or before June 1st, we will refund 95% of your payment. From June 2nd to July 1st, we will refund 75% of your payment. There is no refund after July 10th although we will try to accommodate emergencies if possible.​

Paying with Check or Money Order? Use the "Check/Money Order Registration Form" section below. There you can fill out the relevant details and we can personally email you payment details and instructions. Your spot on any tour or workshop is not reserved until we receive payment.

Hotel and Travel Information

Hotel
Lodging is not included.
​You will need to make your own hotel reservation. Our venue and hotel for the 2024 Parley is the Hyatt Regency Rochester (see website link, address, and phone number below).

Make it easy on yourself by staying where the action is till the wee hours of the morning, and only having to walk back to your room instead of trying to drive at 2 AM! Help us fill our reserved block of rooms that make it possible for us to hold this event. Our special rate starts at $149 for the weekend rate. To receive this rate, you will need to use our special link which will assign you to our room block. You can also call the hotel to make your reservation and specify that you are with the PUZZLE PARLEY. 

Our hotel this year has a great location with several amenities including a great restaurant, an on-site Starbucks,  an indoor pool and more all located right in the heart of downtown Rochester with several options for walkable entertainment and dining. 

Our block of rooms applies for several days both before and after and after the Parley, so you can plan an extended vacation in the area! Register as soon as possible, as rooms fill up quickly. On Sunday you may wish to checkout later, as our program runs past the standard checkout time. You can request from the hotel to checkout by 1 PM with no extra charge.

​Travel
Great news this year! Our hotel and event are located just a 10 minute drive from the Frederick Douglas Greater Rochester International Airport with a taxi service (about $25 each way) and several ride-share options available. 

​There is also a local Amtrak and bus station just two miles away! Taxi service from the station runs about $8 each way.

​We suggest using the Puzzle Parley Facebook Group to find others that you can rideshare with!
