The Puzzle Parley & AGPI Convention Registration
July 12-15, 2018, Rochester N.Y.

Below is the registration form for the combined 2018 Puzzle Parley and AGPI Convention. It includes registration for the weekend events as well as pre-convention activities on Thursday, July 12. The theme for this year's event is "Games and Puzzles from Upstate New York". More information on all events can be found at Puzzle Parley 2018 or the AGPI site.

This registration does not include your hotel stay. You must make your own hotel reservation with the Doubletree Hilton, 585-475-1510 or tollfree 800-222-TREE. We have reserved a block of rooms at a special rate of $119 per room plus tax. This rate applies from Wednesday, July 11 through Sunday, July 15 if you are planning an extended vacation in the area. When you make your reservation, use the promo code AGP to receive our discount. While we have reserved a large number of rooms, you should register as soon as possible. The special rate expires June 11th but the hotel may fill up before then. NOTE: The best way to make your reservation and get the special rate is to call the hotel for booking. If you book online you may need other information. You can email us with any questions.

Each person must register separately. The form below provides information to help us to better facilitate the event. It will be used solely for those purposes and will not be shared. After completing the form, you will receive an automatically generated email and continue to payment options.

Refund Policy: Cancellations up to June 15th, we will refund 95% of your payment. From June 15th to July 1st, we will refund 75% of your payment. There is no refund after July 1st although we will try to accommodate emergencies if possible.

We are again offering a limited number of scholarships to the Puzzle Parley. Click here for more information or to apply.

Thursday Daytime Activities:
Our first option is an all-day trip to Buffalo and Niagara Falls. The centerpiece of this trip is a VIP tour of the Buffalo Games Company, noted for its games and beautiful puzzles. The trip will also take in other sites, likely the Buffalo Transportation Pierce Arrow-Museum and Niagara Falls. You need to arrive on Wednesday; the bus departs the hotel at 9 AM and returns by 6 PM ($55 includes bus ride, gratuity and admission to all events. Lunch, at Buffalo's Anchor Bar is at your own expense. (The Anchor Bar, home of the original Buffalo wings, also serves pasta, pizza, salads, sandwiches.) Limited to 56 people, first come first serve, and subject to having a minimum of 20 people.)

Our second option is an opportunity to use the Strong Museum's research library any time between 10 am and 4 pm. Numbers are limited.

I would like to attend: Thursday Buffalo Tour ($55) Thursday Research Session at the Museum neither one

Thursday Night Activities:
I would be interested in an impromptu Thursday dinner with other early arrivals.
I would be interested in a gaming adventure in A Rochester Escape Room on Thursday with other early arrivals. (Cost TBD, about $25 to be paid at the event)

Friday Daytime Activities:
All attendees will have free admittance to the Strong Museum (normally $17) on Friday to view the exhibits, watch puzzle cutting demonstrations (11 AM-4 PM), or take a special VIP tour that will include sections and items not generally open to the public. Tours are about an hour and forty five minutes. The first tour is at 1 PM, the second at 3 PM. Each is limited to 42 people. I would like to attend: Friday 1 PM Museum Tour Friday 3 PM Museum Tour neither one

Tell Us A Little About Yourself:
One of the fun things to come out of combining both our events is meeting new people. At the Puzzle Parleys we always ask if you are a cutter, a collector, etc. We've added some new categories this year about Games and Mechanical 3D puzzles. This is also the space to add questions, comments, or requests about the program.
I am a member of the AGPI. If not, we suggest you check out after registering to see what we're all about.
